There’s always something beautiful in surprises, and in this story, this lucky lady hit the jackpot with not just one, but two gifts.
The lady knew her boyfriend was getting her a puppy. She was so excited that she rushed out of the door when she heard his truck outside.
Although the image captured was a bit grainy, you could see the anticipation all over her face. She couldn’t wait to get her hands on that furball! Her boyfriend, named Shane, told her to wait and got the pup out.
When she saw the fuzzball, this lady started bawling her eyes out. We’d feel the same, given how adorable the tiny pet looked with a wagging tail and pink bow.
She thought that was the only surprise, and didn’t understand why her boyfriend kept on telling her to check the pup’s name tag. She took her sweet time admiring and hugging the furball, and we bet the pet loved it.
Her boyfriend was visibly nervous, waiting for his girl to check the tag. When she told him she couldn’t reach it, he did it himself.
When Shane’s girlfriend saw what was on it, the waterworks started anew. She burst out crying, asking in disbelief if all of it was real. Shane then got on his knees and asked her to marry him.
She wasn’t able to answer immediately as she was so overwhelmed with emotion, so you could all imagine this boyfriend’s anxiety levels. It must have shot through the roof!
She said yes, but it was only after he slipped the ring on her left finger and asked, “Was that a yes?” We feel you, girl, but your poor boyfriend almost died when you didn’t answer right away.
It’s good that you did, so now, your boyfriend and your puppy could sleep knowing they made you happy. Cheers!
