A huge percentage of the world’s population sought entertainment from online streaming platforms during the COVID-19 pandemic. As an aftermath, hundreds of thousands of videos went viral within a short span of time. Among these videos is a 42-second clip of a man working out with his Golden Retriever.
Now, this isn’t the first time that people saw a video of a fur parent working with their pup. What sets it apart from other videos of the same theme was that the pup wasn’t disrupting his human’s workout routine. Instead, he was assisting his fur dad so he could execute each movement properly.
Much-needed motivation
The clip shows how serious the goldie is during the session. He watches his human’s every move to make sure that he won’t injure himself. He also chooses spots that would make it easy for him to help his human should the need arise.
The Golden Retriever would then shake his human’s hand after completing every single routine. It’s his way of letting his fur dad know that he did a great job. He would then move on and prepare for the next step of the routine.
Whenever he’s in the mood, he would exercise alongside his human. This rarely happens, so his fur dad makes sure that there’s a camera nearby to capture those moments.

The adorable workout duo’s video went viral moments after it was uploaded online. This wasn’t surprising at all, especially since the Golden Retriever looked uber cute while helping his fur dad. What makes the whole thing even more swoon-worthy is the fact that the pup was wearing a serious expression all throughout the routine.
