Meet Darrel, a dog that loves skateboarding. He lives with his loving family in Seattle and helps raise money for Alzheimer’s research by participating in an annual walk sponsored by the Alzheimer’s Association, a non-profit organization. Darrel also goes to work with his owners and helps the office staff by greeting visitors who come to visit loved ones with Alzheimer’s.

Dogs often have playful personalities and have a great sense of humor. They are naturally intelligent animals, which makes them fairly easy to train. Some dogs can also help people with disabilities, like those who are blind or deaf.
They are known as service dogs, and they help their owners cross the street and get around safely each day by leading them wherever they need to go. The owners of these dogs must always keep them on a leash so that they stay close and don’t run away or get lost themselves. Dogs are very friendly creatures that enjoy helping out in any way they can.
Dogs are always there to give us unconditional love and support. They will always try their hardest to cheer you up if you’re sad. Dogs like to chase balls, go for walks, run around, play fetch, and swim in the water.
These activities can all be done with their owners or by themselves if need be. Dogs are also very good caretakers of people and other animals as well. We see this when they watch over babies while they sleep or when they watch over our houses while we are away on vacation or at work during the daytime hours.
If you don’t have a dog and you want one, go to the shelter. You will not only help an animal that needs a home, but you will also have a great friend for life.
