The New Albany Fire Department shared the story on Facebook. When the fire started, the pooch alerted his human who was taking a shower at that time. The man warned his son, who was staying in another room.
The two got out of the house unharmed. Unfortunately, the courageous pooch got trapped. Good thing, he successfully got rescued by firefighters. Rescuers gave the pooch oxygen and water. They provided the pooch with his needs.
The dog sustained some injury and burns from the incident. But, an update informed everyone that the pooch is recovering fine. The fire department also labeled the pooch as a hero.
The good news made a lot of people happy. No wonder, More and more people left positive comments about the dog’s bravery and loyalty. The “good boy” really earned his name.
