Dog owners immediately recognize their pets in an area full of canines. It’s because they are familiar with the tiniest features of their furry companions. However, this puppy from Georgia has a very distinct feature that lets him stand out from others.
Meet Cinnamon, a rescue puppy that was literally named after his adorable cinnamon roll ears. Both his ears are folded inwards in a spiral shape, making an illusion that pretty much looks like the said pastry.
The pup, together with his other brothers and sisters, were abandoned in a rural area in Georgia. They were malnourished, sickly, and had fleas all over them.
Luckily, Jen Deane from Pit Sisters found the puppies and took them in so they could be taken care of. The shelter helps seek homes for animals who are at risk of euthanasia. In just a few weeks, the pups recovered well and were already available for adoption.
Of course, Cinnamon stood out from all of them because of his unique-looking ears. When his photos were posted online, a lot of people were interested in adopting him and even commented that the pup looks like he came straight from the 1900s, resembling the Victorian era hairstyle.
Jen says that the pup’s photos online doesn’t really give justice to the overall cuteness of Cinnamon. We couldn’t agree more!
Now eight-weeks-old, Cinnamon lives with his new found family together with his three new dog siblings. Not only that — thanks to the pup’s distinctive ears, his brothers and sisters also found their forever loving home!
A puppy could either be cute or not, depending on our standards. But we believe that all animals are beautiful and deserve to live an amazing life. Check out the video below to learn more about Cinnamon and his siblings!
