We all know that dogs are amazing creatures. They’re very smart and are very loyal to their family, which is why we all love having them as part of our families.
Whitney Braley is a pet owner of a service dog named Banner who’s very friendly and sensitive. One day, Whitney noticed that Banner acted quite peculiar which Whitney knew wasn’t normal.
Banner started pulling on Whitney’s dress. Knowing that Banner wouldn’t lead her into harm’s way, she let her dog lead her into the nearby woods.
When Banner came upon a cardboard box, Whitney noticed that she kept circling in and appeared very concerned. Whitney decided to take a look inside the box. When she opened the cardboard box, Banner put her head inside the box first and she took out a tiny newborn kitten to Whitney’s surprise.
Whitney went to see if there are more. When she looked inside the box, she discovered that there were six more inside. The kittens were barely alive and appeared to be freezing. Whitney knew that someone abandoned the seven kittens to die and she and her dog, Banner decided that they weren’t going to let this happen.
So, Whitney and Banner took the kittens back in the house. To Whitney’s surprise, she saw Banner staying with the tiny kittens refusing to leave their side.
Banner licked the kittens, and she also provided the cuddling and comforting as if she’s the mother of all the seven kittens. Banner would watch over the kittens as if they were her own and she would even appear to count them to make sure they were all there.
Whitney decided to foster the kittens and let her service dog, Banner help in taking care of the kittens. She’s also very proud of her husky by showing how kind and gentle she is towards the kittens.
Here’s a video explaining how Banner found the seven kittens and how she saved their lives. Thanks to Banner, the kittens can have a chance of having a family of their own.
