Enjoying a day outside allows us to enjoy the scenery, as well as meet new people. And, when we meet new people, it’s inevitable not to strike a conversation or two and become friends with them.
As such, it’s not a novel sight to see a Newfoundland puppy befriending a tiny frog that jumped on its paw. Even if it’s the pup’s first time to meet such a creature, the pooch doesn’t do anything that’ll frighten his newfound friend.

In this video, a cute, brown-furred Newfoundland puppy enjoys some quiet time in their backyard. As the pooch takes in the beauty of its surroundings, a curious little creature hops onto its paw.
By the looks of it, the little creature that chose to land on the dog’s paw’s a green frog making its way across the yard. But, instead of continuing to jump towards its destination, the frog decides to take a quick breather and make the dog’s paw a resting place.
Seeing this curious little creature on its paw, the Newfoundland can’t help but stare at it. At some point, the pooch’s slightly afraid of the frog but chooses not to touch it in any way.
Go along, little friend. Have fun.
As the seconds pass by, the curious Newfoundland continues staring at the frog. It even looks like the pooch’s contemplating whether to sniff out the frog or stay gazing at it.
Despite the growing curiosity he has for the frog, the Newfoundland chose to allow the frog to rest peacefully on its paw. The two creatures continue coexisting peacefully for a few more seconds until the frog decides it’s time for it to carry along.
