Ricky Ray, a Chihuahua, is protective of his beloved family and believes he must always be beside them. Despite his small size, he is a tenacious fighter who believes he is much larger than he actually is.
The dog is sweet and loves to cuddle, according to Layla Tucker, a member of the family that owns the feisty Chihuahua. Strangers, on the other hand, make the puppy nervous.
Ricky Ray, according to Layla, is especially protective of their mother and would fight any dog that approaches her. Thankfully, the tiny puppy does not cause much damage.
Layla’s family and a handful of his pals were staying in a vacation property not long ago to celebrate several birthdays. The family was concerned, though, that they might lose sight of Ricky Ray and Petrie, another Chihuahua that was staying with them.
The house featured iron gates with adequate space for the tiny dogs to pass through. As a result, they needed to devise a strategy to keep the Chihuahuas from becoming lost. Fortunately, they came up with the ideal solution.
They tied up balloons around Petrie and Ricky Ray to ensure that no one in the family missed them— and it worked quite well! With this ingenious solution, anyone looking for the tiny dogs merely needed to look for the bobbing balloons and they could do this quite easily.
The idea, according to Layla, kept people from walking on the Chihuahuas, particularly Ricky Ray, who is typically at their mother’s feet.
The small Chihuahuas, on the other hand, seemed unconcerned with their new ornaments.
The balloons kept both dogs safe in the vacation home by preventing others from trampling on them and alerting the family if they wandered too far away. The nicest thing was that the balloons worked well in keeping the dogs safe.
