Food-loving Pooch Gets Startled When Electronic Treats Fly Its Way
Updated September 2026: I’ve been monitoring the latest trends in canine nutrition and I’m excited to share that recent advancements have truly transformed how we understand and cater to our food-loving pups. In my recent research, I discovered that customized, real-food meal plans for dogs have surged in popularity, driven by breakthroughs in veterinary nutrition and AI-driven dietary recommendations. As more pet owners prioritize holistic health, innovative products like lab-grown protein treats and gut-friendly probiotic meals tailored specifically for dogs are now hitting the market, offering healthier, more sustainable options for our furry friends.
I’ve also updated my knowledge based on the newest veterinary guidelines, which now emphasize a balanced diet that includes organic ingredients and minimal processing. In 2025, several top pet food companies launched transparent, ingredient-oriented labels in response to consumer demand for clean, ethically sourced foods. Dogs are some of the biggest food lovers in the animal kingdom. No matter what food you give to our canine pals, they’ll be more than happy to eat them, especially when it’s their favorite.
But, how would a dog react when its favorite treats come flying its way out of nowhere? For a hilarious pooch, it looks like escaping from the scene of the crime’s the best thing to do in this situation.
Ooh, what’s up there?
In this short yet hilarious video footage from a Skymee camera, one can initially see a black-furred pooch sauntering in their backyard. By the looks of it, the dog’s trying to get the perfect resting spot after playing under the sun.
This scenario progressed for a few seconds, with the dog continuing to walk across their yard. At some point, the pooch even sniffed the ground to perhaps find something interesting to do.
Finally, when it reached a particular corner of the yard, the dog took a 360-degree turn in an attempt to go back. However, an unexpected turn of events would make this innocent pooch run for safety.
Run! Run for your life!
As the pooch prepares to return to its path, three flying objects suddenly appear out of nowhere. Though it looks like the dog’s fur parent threw dog treats for the pooch to eat, the oblivious pooch took this a life-threatening situation.
Without further ado, the startled dog immediately jumped and dashed outside for fear of the flying objects pursuing it. No matter how tasty the treats are, the dog didn’t turn back to investigate the case.
You’d probably think the dog overreacted towards the harmless situation. But, if you’d like to see the dog’s reaction in live-action, feel free to click the red play button below.
